Enrollment Process

Thank you for your interest in Cataleya & Friends Daycare. Our enrollment process is designed to help families learn about our center, explore program availability, and complete enrollment requirements in a simple and organized manner.

Admission Criteria

Cataleya & Friends Daycare provides care for children ages six weeks to five years old.

  • Private Pay Only

  • Full-Time Enrollment

  • Current Immunization Records Required

All children must maintain current immunization records throughout enrollment in accordance with applicable childcare licensing requirements.

Step 1 — Schedule a Visit

We encourage families to schedule a visit to tour the center, meet staff, and learn more about our programs, policies, and daily routines.

Visits are scheduled during non-operating hours to allow families the opportunity to ask questions and explore whether Cataleya & Friends Daycare is the right fit for their child and family.

Step 2 — Waiting List

A waiting list is maintained to fill future openings.

Placement on the waiting list requires:

  • Completion of the pre-enrollment form

  • Non-refundable waiting list fee of $35.00 per child

Priority placement may be given to siblings of currently enrolled children. Openings are filled based on availability, classroom capacity, age group, and staff-to-child ratios.

Step 3 — Enrollment

Once placement is offered, families must complete the enrollment process before the child’s start date.

Enrollment requirements include:

  • Completed enrollment forms

  • Required documentation

  • Non-refundable enrollment fee of $50.00 per child

  • First week’s tuition payment

The first week’s tuition is due at registration and applied toward the child’s first week of care.

Tuition

Tuition payments are due in advance on the first business day of each week.

Enrollment forms and required documents will be provided after the initial visit.
